Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase or custom order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality, please review the following guidelines:

Returns:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via Sales@NHPlastics.com.au

  • You may return generic golf items (non-custom) that are new or unused within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund excluding shipping costs.

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, with no markings on the plastic and have packaging intact.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an generic item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us via email. Additional charges may apply for price differences or shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via email for assistance. We will work with you ensure your product is of quality.

Returning or Exchanging Custom Items:

  • Our custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange, as we can not resell them. We try our best to ensure the design meets your preferences before sending them. Prior to shipping, any adjustments you request to the design are made cost-free.

International Returns:

  • International returns may be subject to additional fees or customs charges. Please contact us for assistance or questions regarding international returns.
